Lemon Garlic Butter

3 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Rind of half lemon

2 tsp lemon juice

1 heaped tbsp fresh minced parsley

Sprinkling of salt pepper

 

Method

While butter is at room temperature, combine all above ingredients.  Spoon onto wax paper.  Fold wax paper over and roll into small log shape and chill until use.  Use a slice on top of rib eyes once cooked.
