Feeding a family on a fixed income or a budget is never an easy task. That’s why I have set up this website to help other families in need of quick and easy, and CHEAP, ideas to fill their families up. Most of the meals will be from scratch. Some will have a cheat option, like a jar of spaghetti sauce or something similar, but the main aim of this website is to help people start cooking again and learning to stay away from junk food alternatives!
